My wife came here as K-1 and got married in the 90 days. Now, we are doing the paperwork. Do we need to submit additional photos for the i765 and i131? The i485 asks for 2 passport photos. Or do we just submit the required documents ONLY for the i485 and just leave the i765 and i131 as is?

No, you must supply all forms with their required evidence.

You need all the required documents for EACH form. Each form requires 2 photos each, so you include 2 photos per form with a total of 6 photos. For the other required docs for the I-765 and I-131, you also need to include those even if you already have it for the I-485.

yes 6 photos, even though you will send the whole lot together treat them as 3 separate things and read the instructions for each form. It's no big deal just some extra photos and photocopying.

We applied for AOS package on November 15th, got all the notices in the mail after 6 days. Done with the biometrics on December 16th and the status for I-485 changes to Interview and testing on 24th of December.

I am on H1B and have another job offer in hands. I want to get I 765 approved ASAP to accept the job offer. There is no change in the status for I 765 since 11/16/2013. I am very eager to join the new company. I have also requested to the local congressman to expedite the process. Nothing has been changed as of yet.

Any suggestions and ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

EAD is usually approved within 90 days of application, which for you should be by the middle of February.

You have to prepare them as individual applications, you are just mailing them together. Whatever is not submitted with each application will have that application denied for not completing application requirements.

Thank you Hypnos!

Do you know id there will be super delay cuz of the holiday seasons in between? I am hopeful from the congressman office as well to get some help from them.

Any comments?

Thanks!

I think you'll probably get approval before the end of January.

You could try taking the written job offer and your I-765 receipt to an Infopass appointment and asking for an expedite, they will sometimes do that.

Oh ok. I didn't know about Infopass appointment. I think that I should have something by 3rd week of January. If I don't get anything by then, I might as well go for infopass appointment and approach them to expedite the process.

Much appreciated your help!

Cheers

Called USCIS for expediting the process through financial stress and the status for I 765 changed to card production within 1 day. I hope they mail it ASAP so I can start my new emplotment.

This really works so promptly. Thanks so much for the kind help.

Cheers

Where do you see to send six (6) passport photo's for AOS? The I-485 is the only one (1) form that asks for two (2) passport style photo's. The instructions for the I-131 and the I-765 does not ask for any passport photo's

Read the instructions again paying close attention to the Required Documentation section.

Yes they do ask for the photos. Read page 7 of the I-765 instructions, at the top part C, and page 9 of the I-131 instructions part 2 photographs.
