Good luck with the rest of the process, I'll let you know how it went at the Port Of Entry :)

I understand you 💯 !!

Hello everybody, I just paid the fees on the CEAC website.

I was reading an exemple of the DS 260 form on the US department state and one question triggered me:

I went online to check the list of the required vaccinations for an immigrant, Flu is on the list. Should I get a flu vaccination with my doctor before the medical appointment and answer yes to that question ?

thanks

You should respond yes because you will have to do the medical, not only the flu shot. Read about the medical exam.

Hello,

Your appointment will probably be soon, right at the beginning of the flu shot campaign. So yes, you will need to do a flu shot before soon. Also, answer is YES because by the time you get your appointment (with the doctor, then at the Ambassy) you will have had all vaccins. Let us know how it goes 😉

Hey everyone,

does anyone one know how long it’s taking to get an interview letter from Paris embassy after CC?

Thanks

Good question. When were you CC’d? We are in the same boat, CC’d on 10/1 and since then silence. I called  NVC only to be told that our petition has not left NVC yet because we are “in line” for an interview date. Whatever that means🙄

Hi everyone ,

i am a little bit worried ..

i submitted everything on CEAC website on 0ctober 10th and i have a real doubt about the ID photo I sent .

i explain . I live in Corsica and in the town I live .. not photographer just photomaton so no possibility to have the picture they ask instead driving 1 hour to next town and I didn’t have my car for 2 days .

so I uploaded the passeport picture app but it’s not looking good to me . The wall is not 💯 black ( mur crépis with some small black points when you look at it ) and I am already thinking about an RFE just for that.
dering that it’s taking between 4 to 6weeks for the 1 st review and thinking to have to wait the double for that it’s scaring me ..

any opinion .

sorry for that but when I see so much people waiting for months to have their case processed .. pfiouu after NSC I can not anymore lol

Hi everyone ,

I don't know if anyone can answer but I am applying for k1 and on the website when I try to book an appointment is says "no appointment available at the moment , check back in a few days as more dates will open", has anyone been in that situation and if so how long did it take to see new appointments ?

Thank you :)

Hi Lisa, I have never been in this situation (still waiting for my NOA2...) but I have seen on other pages of the forum that it happens. Maybe, if you are dealing with the French consulate, have a look at this page  https://www.visajourney.com/reviews/index.php?cnty=France&cty=&dfilter=5&topic=

Take care,
