Sorry guys for asking so many questions, but just to ask...

Do we need to wait for packet 3 for the medical interview? As my father died, I'm trying to get into the States as fast as possible, and I think the earlier the better for the medical exam; with our luck, who knows what problems could be?

Our case is currently at the NVC, K-1 visa...

I know that you can only book medical once your interview is booked. you should contact the embassy by email. They answer pretty quickly by email: Parisconlv@state.gov

Thanks! I don't know what I would do if it were not for this website!!

What date is everyone using for the Embassy Received? Is it the date that the NVC website changed to "ready" or the date it was delivered by DHL? Or did you call the embassy to confirm the receipt of the package?

Mon chéri et moi just received our NOA2 last week, but we want to start preparing for the embassy process. However, I think the Paris embassy information on Visajourney is a bit out of date. Can anyone who applied for the K1 visa recently please tell me what's in packet 3?

Merci de m'aider! :)

Merci beaucoup! I guess I thought it was out of date because it didn't say the I-134 was required. I will fill one out anyway.

Bonne lecture

The new packet 3 doesn't mention anything anymore about the I-134. Good idea to fill one out anyway, adding the supporting documents (last pay stubs, letter from the employer, tax returns, ...), it can't hurt. :-) If they don't ask for it at the interview, good! If they somehow do, well, you'll be ready!

Thank you so much! One more question- if we have a co-sponsor, should I (the petitioner) also fill out an I-134, or just the co-sponsor?
