K1 Visa Required forms to send initially

Putting my packet together and somehow I did not see this DS-160 form that he has to complete. Is this new or am I just not paying close enough attention? I'd like to send my packet in this week so I need to make sure I have ALL forms to send to Dallas to start this procedure. We have a 21 week old baby and hes missing his whole first year because this process is SO time consuming.

I've printed pictures of us since April 2011 and am including all the itineraries of my trips to La Romana.

You do not need a DS-160 form with your I-129f petition. The DS-160 would be needed later on at the embassy stage once your I-129f is approved.

Make sure you include more proof of meeting within the last 2 years beyond itineraries and photos. Copies of the passport stamps from your visits are especially helpful. What you need for the I-129F petition is found in the guide here > http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

The DS-160 is a Dept. of State form used for applying for a visa. The foreign fiance(e) will need to fill out the DS-160 after the I-129F is approved and it is time to apply for the K-1 visa.

Make sure you read the NOA2 wiki page/thread to prepare for your interview when the time comes. Its below in my signature.

K1 Visa Process -> 12/09-06/10 Married -> 09/10/10 AOS Process -> 09/10-12/10 Removal of Conditions-> 09/12-07/13

U.S. Naturalization -> 7/8/20

MANY thanks AND I will read the above carefully to double check what I have. Im writing a supplement of our meeting in bullet format or should I just write in paragraph form?

I have to find my previous passport which I know I put in a file somewhere.....but my new one at least has my last few trips in it!

I think I've been procrastinating with this visa because it seems so daunting! But out son is 5 months old now and we are both so sad that my honey is missing out on everything. I'm going to get the paperwork together this week. For the letters of Intent is an email copy ok?

I don't see anything requesting his birth certificate at this stage only at the in person interview at the consulate. Can that be right? They just want mine to prove American citizenship.

The letters of intent both need an original signature. So no, email copies are not ok.
