Okay let me give you some basic idea based on what I've seen.

Depending on how proactively you gather all the papers and submit them on all phases of this journey, this whole process may take 9 months to 1.5 years. And your hubby being from Bangladesh will most probably get in AP, which takes additional time that no one can predict (additional 2 weeks to 6 months).

However don't look at this timeline and start cursing at me :-). There are few phases and it will keep you busy with paperworks. If all is smooth, the USCIS part probably will take 4-6 months, NVC will take another 1.5-3 months and after that 1-2 months for the interview. If interview goes well and passes without AP, he will get the visa in no time.

Look at the VJ guide for this process and collect all the documents that you would need. Start getting ready so that you don't have to look for then when asked. And Visa journey will always be here :-)

Best wishes for both of you.
