Petitioner income less then required

My wife ( petitioner ) has less income then required .

So my question is that do i need to submit co-sponsor form directly with primary sponsor ( my wife ) form at NVC stage ?

If yes then which forms i required for both sponsor because i read that co-sponsor form is different from Primary sponsor form..

or NVC will inform me that which forms i need ??

you wife will file the i864 as sponsor with her supporting documents, the other person will file an i864 as joint sponsor with their supporting documents and both files and documents are sent together

Yes you fill all forms at NVC stage. The co-sponsor will file the same form (I-864) as the primary sponsor, and needs the same kind of proof (3 years tax returns, pay stub, job letter), alongside proof of being a US citizen or greencard holder living inside the USA.
