Well.

Yesterday my fiance checked whats going on with the money order and uscis havent cash out the money yet.

We sent the package at december 23 and the next day we saw on the tracking info that they received it and someone sign it. WHAT IS GOING ON!

They are still on vacation? They had at least send us a text or get the money.

Maybe that means that something is wrong with papers? Pls help cause im losing my mind

As in your other thread on this same topic, yes, things can be slowed don because of the holidays. People do take vacations at that time, so staffing might be low plus there were probably actual days offices were closed entirely. It can take up to 30 days to receive the NOA1 receipt notice.

sent our paperwork before thanksgiving holiday could confirm that they had receive it via post, but it was several weeks until we received the "official notification", think all up it was three weeks

I imagine there could be some delays also with the absolutely awful and dangerous weather conditions around America

Would you prefer that they already cash the check and still not send you anything?

It took us over a month to receive our NOA1 from when we sent our packet. Sometimes it happens. If you really wanna know what's happening call them up because nobody here can give you a definite answer specific to your case. We're all just guesstimating here.
