My fiance's father is our co sponsor. On #3 for 'This affidavit is executed on behalf of the following person:' is says, 'what is your relationship to the sponsor?' he put 'future daughter in law', which is wrong of course, since my fiance is the sponsor..right? Or is it him since he is filling out that form? Should he send me a new one? My interview is in 4 weeks!

Your fiance's father is correct. The question is asking YOUR relationship to your fiance's father (your future father in law). It is not asking the relationship between your fiance and his father.

I second this.

The question comes under section 3, which asks for the details of the person for whom the affidavit is executed, i.e. the beneficiary. Thus, they want the beneficiary's relationship to the person filling out the form.

No, he should write "future daughter-in-law", because that is your relationship to him.

Oh! He did write future daughter in law! So that is right?
