I just got I-797 NOA for approval of my ROC, Today.

Date of decision is JULY 11, 2014. Vermont Service Center. Please update me.

On January 13, 2014, we received this CRI89 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or contact our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

Hi to all, just a quick question.

Since my removal of condition was approved now and the uscis said conditional residency is counted towards citizenship, would that mean that i can file for N400 on January 2015? (My conditional residence's 3rd anniversary will be on April 2015 (i am still married to the same US citizen) and uscis also said citizenship application can be filed 90days prior to the anniversary of the original greencard and i never left usa for trips of 6months or longer)

What were they asking ?

I'm a december filer and received rfe on May 30 but haven't responded yet .

They asked for more evidence and last week I called them and said you will get notification within 60days, they didnt give me any further information.

Just got email today :)

On July 23, 2014, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
