Hello guys I am new to this forum. I am a January filer, California center. I filed my i-751 on late January, received NOA letter on January 30th, my bio metrics were taken on February 26th. And I received two separate letters. Form I-797C a welcome letter stating that they have received my visa packet from the port of entry where I entered the US (which is weird because that was like over two years ago) and a receipt number to track my immigrant packet. The other letter explains how my permanent card was issued to me with an administrative error. My current green card was classified as CR-1, however, it should have been classified as IR-1 (immediate relative); therefore, USCIS is closing my 1-751 petition and refunding me the money I paid along with my packet. This all a mess, but at the same time it's a miracle that I am getting my 10 year permanent card. Yay! Wish you all best of luck!!

Hi, I have been following this thread for a while now. Today I received my approval to remove the condition on my 2 year green card!! I submitted everything on January 17 and received the NOA on January 22nd. Biometrics were scheduled for February 21 but I went early, on February 7. The date on the letter of approval is June 18 and I received it in the mail today, they say I should get the green card in 60 days! Good luck to all!! Looks like Vermont started to work on the January fillers!!! FYI I have been checking online regularly and the approval still does not show there yet.

Congrats! January 22nd is the receipt date on your NOA notice, right? Or the date you received it?

Same here. An hour or two after I received the mail I received the email and text message telling me to check my status online. It went straight to card production.

Date of I-751 - 01/13/2014

NOA1 Date - 01/15/2014

Biometrics - 02/11/2014 - Did walk in on 01/18/2014

Approved - 06/18/2014 - Got Approval letter by mail on 06/23/2014. - Online status still on Initial Review.

Talked to Tier 2 represntative on 06/19/2014, they told me that my Case was approved but its not official yet. Got approval letter in mail on June 23, 2014.

wishing everyone who is waiting to get your approvals soon without any problems and delays & Stay hopefull.
