Hello and thanks a bunch... Sure I can list what I sent. Hopefully it will help anyone out there, however, I may have over done it with evidence, but I figured too much is never enough with this process. Our AOS took one year before my husband got his green card, so honestly, I was expecting this process to take the same if not longer from reading here.

ROC list of evidence

I751 cover letter with enclosed check of 590.00

Photocopy both sides of permanent resident card

Enclosed a list of documents to verify the status of our marriage.

Internal Revenue Service tax transcripts 2011 and 2012 married filing jointly

Both Drivers license copied showing same address

Photocopies of Ohio residential lease agreement adding husband as a resident upon his arrival to the USA 12/10/2010 thru 2/13/1011 with notarized signatures of all parties.

Photocopies of a land contract on a condo with option to purchase and joint ownership of a primary address together 2/13/2011 and still reside as of 01/01/2014, all signatures notarized.

Daily bank transactions on three accounts from 2011 - 2014 with both names showing joint financial obligations over course of marriage. Monthly mortgage checks for a period of three years and HOA fees. Checks over three years showing bills paid in both names.

Joint business account opened 2013.

Photocopies of State Farm automobile showing joint insurance policy over the course of marriage 2011/2014

Prudential 401k stating husband as primary beneficiary.

Photocopies of all credit cards used over the course of marriage.

Photocopies of 2013 Kia motors contract purchasing a new vehicle jointly signed.

Photocopies of 2012 Audi purchased and jointly signed.

Trade in contract for our old RV for a new 2013 Recreational Vehicle

Verizon wireless bill

Food vendor license 2013 with both names.

Contract showing joint names together with another client co owing a food truck.

Letters from Doctors stating both our names as emergency contacts 2011/2014

Work medical forms with both names as emergency contacts.

Middle school and high school documentations with my husbands name as a emergency contact for my daughter.

Photocopies of mail with both names 2011 - 2014

Vacation photos 2011 / 2013

I also listed any bills that could not be in both our names, utilities and cable. We also have separate health insurance. These were the only things I could not show in our names together.

The bank was so helpful in gathering our daily expenses throughout our marriage and it didn't cost me a penny for all the work they had to do and hours of printing.

We had our I-751 interview on March 12th and we were approved! I had done fingerprints recently so they didn't send me a biometrics letter...however, I think they'll be sending me one now because I'll likely need a current photo. The immigration officer said that my card would be generated and mailed to me within the next 6 months! I still have a removal proceeding master calendar date set for August,...but that will now be a formality because I am officially back in status....so the case will be dismissed.

We couldn't be more grateful! Now we can focus on the new baby boy we are adopting next month!

Hello, Neither of us are in the military. Yes, I'm amazed myself, as it took us a whole year to receive his green card for AOS. We are just so happy to have this behind us. Naturalization hopefully will be a breeze, but the relief of just being happily married and never having to prove it anymore is the best feeling we both are experiencing right now. It's even gonna make our spring break vacation a happier one lol.

hello everyone...

I had a question ... I am awaiting response on my removal of conditions application and have been crossing with my expired GC and notice letter of extension on residency. the BP officers have not given me any trouble at all but I have a couple concerns and questions:

1) can I apply for SENTRI while awaiting for my approval on removal of conditions? after all my residency has been extended...

2) my little step sister (13 years old)is a US citizen by birth and also the reason why I will be needing a SENTRI pass...our dad passed away and her mom cannot get a visa (unpaid medical bills from my sisters birth) and we want to enroll her in school here in the states me and my husband would take her to school everyday my husband hates crossing to Mexico so I would pick her up and cross her with me everyday and my husband would just drop her off at the line... I would more then likely stay some nights at their house (step mom and step sisters house) but I'm concerned it will look like I love there and I know PR cannot live outside the US. I would love to just have my little sister come live with me and my husband but her mom won't allow it :/

anyway does anyone know if I guess you can get SENTRI while pending application?

and will BP officer make a big deal of me crossing so much ??

right now I'm crossing a lot because I have to be babysitting her and our other little sister (4yo) basically every night since their mom works at night .

BTW we live in border cities obviously

It took a long time for me to get my NOA1 as well. It turned out they had tried to send it to our physical address at first (where we cannot receive mail) and then resent it after it was returned to them. I had also made an infopass appointment about this, where they requested the letter to be reissued.

Hi I sent my petition last Jan 3, and my NOA date was 01/06/14.

I had my biometrics last 01/27/2014 and never heard or received anything from then. I always checked my case status in uscis.gov and I e-mailed them.

Then on April 8, I received an e-mail:
