We filed on 1/5/14 and received NOA1 on 1/14/14.

Can someone explain why we are manually updating a text file that duplictes information already available on VJ's Timeline reporting?

When USCIS starts working on petitions sent in January we'll be able to see the progress in this list, see if people who file just before us are getting approved, and the percentage of applicants who have a already been approved per service center. All that without searching for information in 2 dozen timelines. I think it's pretty useful smile.png

CR1 Visa

USCIS STAGE: 16 days No expedite request but USC residing abroad
NVC STAGE: 19 days from case # to case complete
03/27/12: interview at Paris embassy - APPROVED
04/12/12: POE San Diego

ROC
01/15/14: sent I-751 application

05/14/14: received card production notification by e-mail, approval date 05/13

Naturalization

02/01/24: N-400 submitted online; Biometrics reuse notice received immediately online; "case being actively reviewed" after a couple hours

02/09/24: received NOA1 by mail

02/10/24: received biometrics reuse notice by mail

04/08/24: interview scheduled for 05/14. Received "We have taken an action in your case" email.

05/14/24: approved at interview, same-day oath ceremony in San Francisco 🥳 🇺🇸

 

Passport

06/10/24: application submitted at post office for passport book and card, paid for expedited processing and shipping

06/24/24: received email notification that passport was approved, then shipped with tracking number

I know this question has come up before and before we send our I-751 in, please clarify:

Will our joint 2012 taxes be sufficient or, should I file our 2013 taxes and include them in the packet? Our 90 day window opens-up on January 24th. Thanks.

With paperclips, in a folder, etc? I'm afraid they'll lose my docs.

I put a paper clip with each section of evidence... in order of my cover sheet. If they decide they want to see taxes... they will look at your cover sheet

and see it's the 4th clip back... easier for them... but I would do it as YOU feel comfortable... have fun... your creating your future...yes.gif
