On 12/26/2013 i receive RFE but no mail i don't know what they ask me for? I so upset because my case was sent in april 2013 and in the end i receive RFE :( and no mail. I want to know how much should i wait to receive this letter?

it should be in your mail box Monday. The holidays and bad weather delayed lots of processing and transportation.

So, Monday, inchaa Allah, you'll get your RFE. I hope it is nothing serious.

Did you submit everything they ask for? both birth certificates, marriage certificate, G-325a forms, passport size pictures for both of you and proof of citizenship

Thanks a lot for your answer yes my wife had send everything but i think she doen't sent weeding pictures because they don't ask for? I hope to receive letter monday inchallah because i start to lose hope :(

I think it will be an easy RFE or may be a stupid one.

For the weeding pictures, they should not ask for them but you'll need them at the NVC stage.

Please let us know what the RFE is when you get the letter.

Wedding pictures can be a source of genuine relationship evidence. So I have to ask, what kind of relationship evidence did you send with the I-130? When you look at the I-130 guidelines, were all the forms and documentation suggested by the VJ guide sent with the petition?

Until the RFE is received by the petitioner we really can't help figure out what may be missing or needed but listing what may have been missed may be a good clue.

I can tell you that you should see your letter sometime next week. Postal Logistics are on their knees right now. They are currently flushing out all the undeliverable Christmas packages and mail. Not to mention, the whole EAST COAST corridor in the U.S. is basically at a crawl at best.

Be patient, if you do not see it by the end of next week, then start worring.

Please note, United States Post Office DOES NOT transport their mail from state to state. This is sub contracted out to private vendors.

Please keep in mind that some dates are only known after receipt of another document.
For example, the USPS Form 3811. The stamped receiving date was not know until the original Form 3811 was received on 07/13/2013 1:30 p/m CST.

My case was transferred to texas service

Today is 08 jan 2014 and still no letter??
