Foreigner with e2 visa getting married

Hello

I'm french and i live in the US with a E2 visa.

I plan to get married to my girlfriend. She's from the Philippines and lives there.

If I get married to her, can she come live with me in the US ?

As I understand it, you can apply for an E-2 of her own as your spouse.

No idea, sorry. I'd imagine you may need to show some proof of a a legitimate relationship, but as newlyweds they wouldn't exactly be expecting a mountain of it.

HEr status is dependent on yours but she can get an EAD which might lead to future sponsorship and GC.
