Hopefully this is true!!

I dont want to have my hopes up cause I am not very confident about what USCIS says. I think they trick us with the processing times.....How can be possible to pass form 9 months of processing time (as of Dec 31) to 5 months (as of Jan 31) only in 30 days? It sounds like a miracle!!!!

Anyone from January get their 1-130 moved to NVC yet? with processing times at 5 months some should be moving in the right direction, instead of staying stagnant? I am curious cause I filed January 14 and received NOA on Jan 17th 2014.

I don't think any January 2014 filers have seen a NOA2 yet. From the forums, it looks like those who filed in October/November 2013 are getting NOA2s and moving along to the NVC stage right now.

I received email today for more evidence, So YEAH they are working on my case. I now have to wait to see what it is they want. I think I might call to find out what they are wanting tomorrow.

Fingered crossed to see a June July arrival of my wife and step son.

Good luck indeed! My wife gets very upset every month when she sees that the priority date isn't moving forward. I've already accepted that it may possibly not move forward until september of this year, but we would find it very hard if it retrogressed. Just praying everyday and hoping for a miracle! In the mean time congrats to those whose cases are being worked on. I've got my fingers crossed to at least receive NOA2 in the next month or so.

btw

@cbrammer1219 - What was the RFE related - if you wouldn't mind sharing? I think a lot of us are a lot more anxious/curious now that there seems to be some movement happening with our cases :)
