I don't think any January 2014 filers have seen a NOA2 yet. From the forums, it looks like those who filed in October/November 2013 are getting NOA2s and moving along to the NVC stage right now.

there basically saying to submit a service request first and if you have already submitted one and have gotten a response then you would include the receipt number that they gave you for the service request into your email..

Thank you! I didn’t know, I just put the receipt number from I-797, should I sent again!

yes you should send it again and include your name and date of birth and the beneficiary's as well and your case number and the service request number they gave you..

Any F2A filers still out there? Any thoughts on whether Executive Action by the President will affect us F2a filers directly? My fear is that by giving illegals amnesty, that is going to fall on USCIS and we are going to get side lined again :(

Hi everyone,

I checked my status online last week it showed we mail you a letter on Oct.30 about your address changed although i haven't changed my address and still waiting for that letter its more than 11 days now. what do you guys think about this? when i go to the website now i can't login it says there is an error please contact the customer service.

03/28/15: Hard copy of transfer received in mail

07/02/15: NOA2 ( I-130 Approved) - finally after long wait.

Call... I've seen lots of people say the same. USCIS updated the website last week.

Finally got our NOA2 after 10 months! I am so excited and can't wait to see my husband this Thanksgiving when he visits :)

Thank you! Still a ways to go with nvc processing but super excitrd because it was such a long wait. My PD was Jan 6.

WE GOT APPROVED !!!!!!! PD Jan 2.

I also contacted the senator, and was told by him that we were in security checks and they would try back in a month. But now there is no need, as we recieved the email last night!

Been waiting for this for SO long it feels so good .. I also made a wish yesterday at 11:11 so try that too. Good luck guys!
