mstee81, when you sent email directly to NSC did you reference any of your service request referral numbers?

We have made a few service requests over the phone but have not been provided with agent numbers or reference numbers with regards to our conversations with tier 2 officers.

I am wondering if names and dates are fine when logging the chronology of our case.

Any advice is appreciated. We want this done!!!

Yes, I provided the service request numbers in the email. I also listed the dates and times I called and spoke with CS.

Have you tried calling the senator's office? I am in the same boat as you wishing I could be able to see my hubby soon. Best of luck!

So I sent an e-mail NSCFollowup, I got this automatic email, I don’t really understanding what this mean, if someone can explain to me that would be great. Thank you!

This automatic response confirms receipt of your email inquiry or message. You should have first tried to resolve your case issue through the Service Request Management Tool process.

IF YOU DID NOT INCLUDE AN SRMT NUMBER IN YOUR EMAIL, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY FURTHER RESPONSE.

You may go online to http://uscis.gov and choose the “TOOLS” tab. From there you may check the status of your case or submit a SRMT to resolve many issues. Or, you may contact the National Customer Service Center (NCSC) at 1-800-375-5283 to submit a SRMT. If, after submitting an SRMT, your issue is not resolved within 30 days you may contact us again and include your original email (including attachments) and SRMT number. The NSC Follow-up staff will then try to resolve your issue.

We do not provide immigration advice.

This email address should only be used for issues on cases located at the Nebraska Service Center.

there basically saying to submit a service request first and if you have already submitted one and have gotten a response then you would include the receipt number that they gave you for the service request into your email..
