I just recieved an email back from uscis abt the service request i made. This is what they said ...

We have received your inquiry stating that you believe your case is beyond our projected processing times. USCIS makes every effort to process cases within the projected timeframes and in the order in which they were received; however, your case has not cleared all required security checks at this time.

We cannot provide a specific date on which a final decision will be made on your case.

What should i do now n what does that mean? Im also contacting my senator today maybe that can help move the case further. Any suggestions please help...

Thank u

Has any of us January Filers received interviews that haven't been expedited? We are waiting on interview.

I'm still waiting for the IV fee to be unlocked. With their current timelines that won't happen until October 10th if I'm lucky.

Did you get an expedite?

It means they're working on it at least, they're still waiting on security checks. Maybe your senator could get more information about what exactly the hold up is.

Thats the same message we got too. Since August 21 my status said that my address has changed, but we never change our address.

This is very frustrating.
