I don't think any January 2014 filers have seen a NOA2 yet. From the forums, it looks like those who filed in October/November 2013 are getting NOA2s and moving along to the NVC stage right now.

No transfer, put in request and was told to wait until august 29 for a response

thanks, whats going on with ur case, did u get approve as yet?

nope, they started working on our case in june...did background checks and is now in the clear per the uscis info pass rep. case was transferred to NBC on the 8th, hoping we hear something by sept 8 our ddd.

maybe we'll be at the nvc together.....and then again at the consulate for the interview.

haha that would be weird.

nope, they started working on our case in june...did background checks and is now in the clear per the uscis info pass rep. case was transferred to NBC on the 8th, hoping we hear something by sept 8 our ddd.

maybe we'll be at the nvc together.....and then again at the consulate for the interview.

haha that would be weird.

will be nice to see a familiar face at the consulate, although it will be really cold when we go up. Montreal is way colder than Toronto, lol

hush, be positive girl.

this back log they've going at the nvc is going to be cleared just in time for our noa2's. we will sail (or is that soar?) through the nvc process, just like the good ol' days!!!

we will be interviewing in Nov....

For your information i called the TCS today and talked to customer service, she said due to back log of Vermont Service Center you have to wait they are still working on 2013 cases.
