skysofialila, Im sorry. Its just that i'm a little stressed out n wanna go back home soon with my hubby but i guess asking again n again wont change the processing time. Anyways. Thank you for replying.

I don't think any January 2014 filers have seen a NOA2 yet. From the forums, it looks like those who filed in October/November 2013 are getting NOA2s and moving along to the NVC stage right now.

feb4- rec'v hard copy of receipt with PD jan. 27

waaah the journey begins... need more patience

Just sent in I-130 to chicago, lockbox. I am married to a filipina. I saw some where on the forum that filipinos are getting expedited processing? what exactly does this mean thanks in advanced for the input everyone.

So How long does CR1 stay at the initial review? It's been that way over 2 weeks almost 3???

it is going to be like that for next FEW MONTHS until you received noa2.

Some cases were automatically expedited while others had to request for it. There are lots of threads about the expedite process for typhoon victims that may help you out.

I have received my NOA1 and the check was cashed already. My paperwork has been forwarded to the Vermont processing center and I have heard that is a sloooowwwww one. *sigh* lol

Now case is under initial review so now the wait starts.. Sent it to Phoenix and got immediately transferred to Nebraska for processing.. Good luck to everyone waiting!!

I filed I-130 for my wife from Ukraine. They received the application on Jan 21, 2014 and thats is my PD. I received the NOA on Jan 27, 2014. Now the waiting begins. Anyone knows what is the waiting time for I-130 F2A in California Service center?
