We were filed with Nebraska

And yes we were approved

It said "approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on"

I don't think any January 2014 filers have seen a NOA2 yet. From the forums, it looks like those who filed in October/November 2013 are getting NOA2s and moving along to the NVC stage right now.

ahhh man happy for everyone but i really wish i was at VSC right now. NSC is barely starting december! (They sped up so quick and them boom stopped right there..) I have a pd of Jan 17 and the sepera

All I got approved today this morning PD of 01/29/2014 at Nebraska Service Center. Really happy, good luck to all of you. I am confident the approval are coming soon from NSC as most of the February Filers aat NSC were transferred to CSC.

Good luck to all of you there, who helped me and others through this almost 6 months of hectic waiting. Now I hope NSC will be an easy ride.

congrats and enjoy the rush! good luck at the nvc but don't get disappointed, I hear the wait there is longer now too!

We got our case number assigned at NVC on June 13th .... still not AoS or IV invoices. :(

Edit: They "received" our case on June 13th, case number assigned on July 3rd.

We received confirmation of our petition being approved yesterday ?

Now our case status is 'Post Decision Activity'. Does this count as our NOA 2 or will that date be determined by a confirmation that will be mailed to us?

It will be mailed to you and it will most likely be the date you were notified. That's what it was for us!

Almost half of the January filers have been approved from Nebraska, my understanding is that the rest of the service centres have an even better status.

Marriage: 2014-01-10

Sorry, new here. We filed an i130 for my husband and our pd is January 21, 2014. Hopefully anytime now.

it will give you an idea of what's been happening to 130 filers each month. you can change the filters at the top and look to see what's been happening at the other centers. remember this is only a snapshot as not everyone who files a 130 is on vj.

each case is different so don't put all your eggs in one basket, don't get upset if other cases seem to pass you by....there is no rhyme nor reason as to how USCIS processes cases.
