Pd of 1/21/14 still no approval when will it be approved?? I have seen many approved with this pd already. Why mine is taking longer??

NOA2's are a mystery to all.

There's no rhyme or reason to way USCIS and the different service centers work. Look at people's timeline which is at the bottom left of their profile to get an idea of how long they have been waiting and what service center they are at. NSC has recently transferred many cases to CSC and there have been several approvals already.

If you look at the Nov filers thread, you will see a handful of people are still waiting, as are several Dec filers. The beneficiary;s country seems to have no significance either. Its a waiting game.....and the luck of the draw.

Be patient.

The wait at NVC is just as long now a days, unfortunately.

I don't think any January 2014 filers have seen a NOA2 yet. From the forums, it looks like those who filed in October/November 2013 are getting NOA2s and moving along to the NVC stage right now.

I have not answered one question. Q16 of i130 which was for my immigration detail. So I gave answer and resend it. It got direct post decision activity from rfe. :dancing:

Our PD is Jan 26 2014!!

But it didn't say if you were approved or not?

Where did your file went. Did it routed through Nebraska service center or other service center. My file is at Nebraska with a priority date of 29 January. And congratulations once again.
