I don't think any January 2014 filers have seen a NOA2 yet. From the forums, it looks like those who filed in October/November 2013 are getting NOA2s and moving along to the NVC stage right now.

Hi Everyone,

I'm a naturalized USC and filed for my husband and my stepson, our PD is Jan 2nd 2014 and we were routed directly to the Nebraska Service Center.

After almost 6 months without an update we got the following message for both my husband and Stepson:

On June 27,2014, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I130,IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN...

I hope we get our Approvals soon.

After almost 6 months without an update we got the following message for both my husband and Stepson:

I hope we get our Approvals soon.

Our 5 months was up on Saturday so I tried filing an e-request today with no luck, it told me that we are still within the posted processing time (which is not true). I called USCIS and got a very nice rep, but she was unable to file my request either due to the fact that the website still shows Dec 3. She told me to check again next week when they should be posting a new "working on" date. Sigh

Hi pujaks- did u get what rfe tsc wants? I got rfe too, today july 1 - noa1 was 2/10 -why is tsc giving rfe to everyone :(

I got an email saying RFE was sent. I called USCIS and they said you have to wait for the actual letter to arrive and then only you can find out what evidence they need! Such a waste of time

After being on hold for almost one hour, a Tier 2 representative told me absolutely nothing new.

She said that Nebraska is still working on Dec 3; what a lie! She also said to wait

44 days (my PD is 17 Jan) since Nebraska is running behind and HOPEFULLY it is approved

by then..This process is so freaking frustrating!!!!!!!
