I did not receive anything yet from National Visa Center since June 12th (USCIS approval message and received the letter few days later). Should I call NVC soon or just wait a little more?

It's taking a few weeks for the NVC to assign a case number. I would call to ask if they have giving your case a number as of yet.

I don't think any January 2014 filers have seen a NOA2 yet. From the forums, it looks like those who filed in October/November 2013 are getting NOA2s and moving along to the NVC stage right now.

My case number ends in 92, so i put in the same numbers and change the last two to 90, or 91 etc. you don't get any personal information or anything, but you can see if a case is approved, rfe etc.

I did it but it is not worthy because applications are approved/in initial review after my number too. So we can't predict anything from it. We can't get to know how they exactly work on applications.

Just called uscis. They said average time is 3rd December for tsc. I don't know how they are working. Are they working country wise or what ? If anyone know something, let us know.

Hey some good news !!! My case status is changed it is Request for evidence now. I just got mail now. Is anyone knows what they ask for ? Because I just got mail now. They said they have sent us notice for evidence. Is anyone knows wha type of evidences they ask ? I'm ill curious now. At least my case is being started. Thank god.

I know. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to the order of approvals, it doesn't really mean much of anything other than they're at least dabbling in the Jan. cases.

All we can do is guess. What exactly did you send in with your petition.? All you can do is wait some centers are more detailed in what they want to see then others.

Hi rleela, yeah i got email from USCIS. Yes, it feels so happy that they are processing my case. There is a link too for those whose case is out from Normal Processing time. So if so then you can do that online.

I got this email two days ago has anyone else got this or know what it means ?

USCIS has received your request to expedite your case. We have granted this request and will have your application forwarded to a supervisor for expedited review. This process will take approximately 30 days...

No we didn't submit e-request. No I just got email for status change.
