I think NSC just doesn't update its timeline so often, although it's true that NSC is behind of other service centers.

If my memory is correct, NSC always reply it was dealing with 11/6 petitioners last month, and next time suddenly jumped to 12/3.

I don't think any January 2014 filers have seen a NOA2 yet. From the forums, it looks like those who filed in October/November 2013 are getting NOA2s and moving along to the NVC stage right now.

Yes, you are correct. That is what USCIS explained to me last month. Nebraska only updates once a month. The last time they updated was June 3rd, so he said wait until after July 6th and we should have an update from Nebraska. It's getting so miserably hard... Geez!!

Hi Pujaks, - Can you call the 1-800-375-5283 number and find out?Based on the timelines, there was a person who filed on 1/29 and got the approval on 6/4. So not sure why yours and mine have not processed yet. Please ask if you can open a service request. Using that service request they will provide you the latest date that TSC is working on. Please let us know too what they reply- Thanks- Have a nice day!

how would i know when NVC receives my case?

call nvc after 10 days . You might want to look at saylins wiki about nvc process. It is very helpfull.

My case number ends in 92, so i put in the same numbers and change the last two to 90, or 91 etc. you don't get any personal information or anything, but you can see if a case is approved, rfe etc.

I did not receive anything yet from National Visa Center since June 12th (USCIS approval message and received the letter few days later). Should I call NVC soon or just wait a little more?
