Hey everyone ! I am sending off my packet either Saturday or Monday. I sent the G-325 to my husband to sign and I'm just waiting for it to return to me. This process is tedious! I have had to go through 1400 pages of Facebook conversation and I have it down to 150. I still want to take that down to 20 or so. I'm mostly including a few sentences per week and the comments about making future plans together. I have daily voice chat logs from about August as well. We started chatting in January but I can't get the logs from that long ago. Have you all included these in your packets as well? Any advice?

I don't want to include too much info...1400 pages of messages is a bit extreme.

Even 20 pages of just FB seems an awful lot.

I don't think any January 2014 filers have seen a NOA2 yet. From the forums, it looks like those who filed in October/November 2013 are getting NOA2s and moving along to the NVC stage right now.

I was planning on sending the 20 pages of Facebook convo to prove how long we have been chatting. I also have voice chat logs that begin about 6 months ago. I don't want to go overboard with this but I do want to show that we are legit. It's hard to break down the last year of communication into just a few pages. :) I will work on that....

Nothing shows your relationship is legit like proofs of meetings, joint asset ownership and such do. This is why chat logs fall into the 'other proof' category together with photos. Instructions in the USCIS site.

Ok Hollyday , thank you! I have proof of our meetings as well as financial information (beneficiaries for benefits). We don't have joint ownership of anything yet so that's out of the question for now. It's hard to co-mingle bank accounts without a social security number. :/

My bank was willing to allow us to add with notary, and then faxing back, unfortunately time didn't allow for us to do this. However when she returned to Cambodia we were able to buy a place by sending the paperwork via fax and email for her to sign, we also used Skype during this process, Technology is great but can't wait to never have to use it again...:)

I know the feeling! We use viber and facetime and while it's great, I can't wait to be done with it. On the plus side, I just checked my bank account and seems like they've cashed the check! waiting for email notification and priority date!

We mailed the I-130 on December 23rd from Canada, but thanks to the holidays it didn't arrive until January. Our priority date is January 7th, and it was sent to Nebraska. Here's hoping for speedy(ish) approvals for everyone.

Your receipt number (which you use to track your case online) is on your notice of action. It took a couple of weeks for the noa1 to arrive in the mail after they received it. We're in Canada though, if you're in the USA it might come a bit quicker.

Ok I looked at processing time from the website and they ask several ?????, I selected I-130 for spouse of US citizen then it's says Select an Ofiice, I thought the Chicago address was the address processing it? Where will mine go if I am in Indiana??

Hey guys, I just received an email from uscis saying that they have accepted my application n I'm at Nebraska service center. But when I check the status online it says there is no case so how long do I wait to check the status of my case? It also said that to wait till I get noa in the mail to check the status. One more question, since I'm living abroad, so the noa comes abroad or at my us address??
