We received the NOA1 on January 17, 2014 for our I-130/CR-1 and our case is at the Nebraska Service Center. We have not heard a thing since then. Have any of the January 2014s gotten a NOA2 approval yet? Thanks!

I don't think any January 2014 filers have seen a NOA2 yet. From the forums, it looks like those who filed in October/November 2013 are getting NOA2s and moving along to the NVC stage right now.

I've only seen a few in this forum, a handful of expedites and one or two that seem really lucky!! Hope to see more soon ... maybe ours!! :-)

My husband and I applied in January as well .. PD of Jan. 2,2014 ..

Congrats to those who have been approved although it feels a little bittersweet .. Friday is my birthday and it would make a GREAT present ..

02/20/2015 - Received USCIS Acceptance Confirmation emails for all

02/27/2015- NOA1 Hard copies received by mail

03/02/2015- Letter with Bio Metrics appt received

03/06/2015- Successful walk in Bio Metrics (Scheduled date was 03/10/2015)

03/09/2015- Online status changed to show RFE for I-485

03/13/2015- RFE received in mail

03/23/2015- Sent RFE back to USCIS

03/26/2015- USCIS website updated to 'RFE received'

04/07/2015- Online status: 'Ready to schedule interview'

04/27/2015- Called USCIS in hopes to speed up EAD, was told to wait until day 75

04/28/2015- Emails received EAD card is in production! (Day 70)

05/07/2015- EAD combo card received in mail

07/28/2015- AOS Interview

08/28/2015- Online status changed to Card in Production!!

Hey. Fellow jan filer here also. Our petition is also at Nebraska. Hoping to hear something soon as we inch closer to the 5month target time as seen on the website!

Hey i got the mail from USCIS saying that "The last processing action taken on your case" In this mail, they are saying that "your address was changed relating to the I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN that you filed. " . I am confused, what does it means ?

We haven't changed any address in our case. What are they talking about ? :wacko:

Can anyone help me regarding this ?
