Well my question is: haven't you done everything you could possibly do already, foifoi? I mean, where could this new 'hard evidence' be coming from now you're divorced and he's married to someone else? I suppose he'd have issues with his GC and stuff considering the investigation that's been taking place, remarrying so quickly and so forth, but this is for the USCIS to handle now, is it not?

I'm not supporting fraud, i just think there's only so far one can go and you've done your bit. Let the authorities do theirs. It's the new wife's headache now. You can't solve it for her.

I'm the beneficiary.

There is troublesome amount of outdated misconception among many a USC in reference to the stereotype and the nation depicted. It used to be that those nationals wished America upon themselves - but the old dream no longer holds. It is Putin and not Obama who's been currently voted world's most powerful man, and for a reason. Now, things may eventually go back to the old world order - but not inside this decade... Today, the country depicted is further from a third world nation than the US. More billionaires live in their capital than in ours by far, more freedoms and free-market practices are enjoyed, much better education and higher average IQ among the young, way more culture, depth of history and depth of soul. Anyone who dares add that nation to current list of the third world countries striving to move themselves to the US, knows not what they are talking about... OP, put a sock in it - the sooner you start your therapy, the better. Read books, go to opera, immerse in science, travel the world, educate yourself and your children, and forget all this nonsense as a distant dream. Good luck to every conspiracy theorist, worry more about the disappearing middle class, disappearing privacy, disappearing freedoms and lack of decent school education - something this country never ever had, because it never had intelligent teachers to begin with...Nothing to see here...as everyone in this topic but the sadman already pointed out. What a waste of time, poor girl poor guy poor officers waste of lifetimes build something, invent something, stop the violence, create a painting, compose music, enjoy life

Yeah. And also 'freedoms'? Please.

We in the US shouldn't be biased toward our understanding/interpretation. To a Chinese, Middle-Eastern (or a Russian, in current topic) - US freedoms are not of the sort that they would desire. For instance, women over there might get upset if a co-worker (let alone their boss) never flatters their femininity, if not outright arranges sexual liaison. But in the US, neither party is free to partake in such for fear of prosecution by law. If you see millions of romantically unsatisfied people in the US, it's partly due to lack of such freedom. No wonder the USCs reach out there in search of a soulmate (and some unfortunately end up posting this topic - as a logical conclusion to their excursion). More important: over there the income tax is 13%; how much will we be paying for all indiscretions by our 1%-percenters come 2014! Is it freedom: when your sweat and brainpower only gets you to pay government service dues, and next generation is billed for inappropriate spending of this generation? Alas, there is not enough education in this country to understand any of the Libertarian principles

Although I respect this as your own individual perception but your post exhudes quite a bit of outrageously alarming assumptions.

foifoi, I sent you a private message, please respond

Darnell, I went back in person, they told me the FDNS officer would not speak to me. I've emailed the special agent numerous times and got nothing in return. How is it foifoi is being contacted but I'm told that FDNS officers NEVER call back after a case is filed.

Perhaps it's wishful thinking?

would it be an entirely outrageous guess: that all foifoi ever received verbally or in writing from any official was that they take these matters very seriously. Why would they ever release any information to her pertaining to his individual case, let alone in writing. And whatever verbal comment she thought she heard, was her own interpretation

which goes back to previously made point: why in the world cry fraud back at USCIS, if USC had lured the foreigner by implied sponsorship promise - and subsequently has backed out? foifoi fully described all competitor assets, but never revealed how she got her Beckham to begin with

Beckham?

I'll have to go back and read the previous missives as I'm missing something juicy me thinks devil.gif

On a serious note, everything I've read on here has led me to beleive that what transpirers between alleged scammers and USCIS stays between them.

Someone else wrote a massice thesis on this already.

I think OP is taking a personalized generic letter from USCIS as being specific.

You also haven't revealed the reason why your wife would file asylum claim, without listing you as husband. Strange rolleyes.gif

To all the people who found my comment rude in regard to being obese. So would you believe that a 250 pound 5'5 woman marries to a David Beckham look alike would be real? Seriously...you must have high opinions about yourselves. This is not being rude, it's just being real. Second of all, it is still my business because he is taking an older lady on a ride now for his green card needs seeing that he was not successful in obtaining green card through me. I have reported fraud, and it is my business if my ex tries to commit yet another fraud. That' being proactive and a good citizen imo. If I can expose fraud, then why not. Also, I am spending time in posting a question for which I need an advice pertaining to the specifics of the situation and certainly not wasting my time just to hear from few that I should move on. Leave that up to me please.Thanks.

i didn't find your comment rude at all, an obese person is an obese person not because of anything it's simply a choice, nobody was born fat.

Also USCIS can't be that stupid, if he's tall and good looking marrying a fat chick will never work out and it's an immediate red flag. but i read lot of things that if wife (usc) fights the case, he will most likely succeed, (but yes USCIS can make that journey a painful one)

Anywho i believe it is your business and you're definitely right do whatever you can.
