Hello,

I posted here before in regard to a fraud situation where I was a victim. The situation has changed and I would like to get some insight into hat might happen in this scenario please. I would appreciate a response if you are aware of remarriage scenario when it comes to getting a green card. \

I was married to a Russian national (male), but after realizing that I was being used, I filed for divorce while he was overseas. So the divorce finalized while he was still under his conditional status. It finalized in March. I reported him successfully to the USCIS where I even had a direct contact with the FDNS office who was dealing with this situation to whom I provided lots of hard evidence of the fraud. So later I heard back from the FDNS officer saying that the fraud has been confirmed! I was also notified before by him that he would interview my ex for the I-751 waiver, but that officer said that my ex had moved from the area he previously stayed at. That was in August and I just learned that 2 weeks prior to the expiration of our green card, my ex marries an obese woman who is about 15 years older than he is. I am specifying obese because my es is not only young but he's also tall and very handsome, so he made sure to find another pray for himself, and that happened to be an obese and older desperate woman around the age of 50. I should also note that my ex has NO joint evidence of anything. He is only limited to getting affidavits from his friends about our marriage and that's it.

My question is this...since the USCIS has confirmed fraud in our marriage based on the evidences I provided, and since my ex will not file for his I-751 (for which he married so fast right away), will the USCIS look at this kind of weird? After all, we officially divorced in March and he gets married in November just 1-2 weeks before his green card expires. Will the age difference also matter specifically in this situation? I understand that the waiver won't get filed, so he is taking the brand new green card based on marriage route, but how will this work in terms of our own marriage because of the fraud against him? Will I come up during their own interview by any chance? I would find it weird that the USCIS would just let go of our marriage and end up approving theirs where I have accused my ex of fraud and the USCIS has confirmed that fact. Can you please advise as to how this will work out. I'm confused and did not expect him to get married, but in a way glad that he re-confirmed that he's going around marrying women for his immigration needs. I think that he did not file his I-751 waiver since he had no joint evidences to provide whatsoever, so he had no chance in trying to successfully switch from conditional to a permanent card; not to mention that he knew that I have reported him to the USCIS.

Please advise in what to expect in this new situation with his 2nd marriage.

My assessment of the situation is that maybe the USCIS wills scrutinize him even more for the age of his bride, the fraud report/confirmation, the 8 month period of our divorce and his marriage right before the expiration of his green card, then the lack of evidences of any kind except affidavits. Is my assessment correct?

If you divorced him, why are you still lurking around trying to figure out what is going on in his life? Trust me, It's only going to make you more bitter and when you are a bitter person, it makes you bad. Please move on with your life and don't concern yourself with what happens to him regarding USCIS, that's his problem NOT yours. Have a good day!

Ask God to give you the strength to forgive him. Remember, forgiving him will help heal your wounds. Vengence is in God's hands, not yours.

Forgiveness through God is not only for him, but more importantly ------ YOU--------.

Give yourself time, you have done all you can do at this point. Forgive him, forget him.

Remember, the two most important days in your life are today and tomorrow. Today for the thing you do that effect tomorrow.

Peace be with you.

To all the people who found my comment rude in regard to being obese. So would you believe that a 250 pound 5'5 woman marries to a David Beckham look alike would be real? Seriously...you must have high opinions about yourselves. This is not being rude, it's just being real. Second of all, it is still my business because he is taking an older lady on a ride now for his green card needs seeing that he was not successful in obtaining green card through me. I have reported fraud, and it is my business if my ex tries to commit yet another fraud. That' being proactive and a good citizen imo. If I can expose fraud, then why not. Also, I am spending time in posting a question for which I need an advice pertaining to the specifics of the situation and certainly not wasting my time just to hear from few that I should move on. Leave that up to me please.Thanks.

I believe that he will not get his permanent green card. He married you, you divorced him, you reported him for fraud now he married an obese old woman....I don't think USCIS is THAT stupid lol

And yes, you should get him out of your mind...he's not worth it!

what he's doing is not good. but I would just move on also. Looks are not everything. weight can be lost, age is just a number. It maybe a chance that she's doing something no other woman has ever done and that captured his heart. regardless whatever he has up his sleeve want last for long.
