Shanghai medical check pre-interview - sithc

We have scheduled my fiancée's interview for January 29 and need to do the medical check. I know she will require shots, so we want to get this done early. Has anyone here used the medical clinic in Shanghai? Do they require a reservation or can she just walk in with her interview notice/confirmation? Any help or information would be gladly appreciated.

When my wife was getting her visa it seemed as though everyone was having the medical done in Guangzhou just prior to document collection day but things have changed since then. According to the GUZ IV instructions she should get in touch with the clinic to make sure she will have the results (sealed envelope) in time for her interview.

My suggestion is call and confirm an appointment and make sure she will get the results in hand in time for her interview. Also make sure she has 5 passport type photos for the exam.

She walked in with her interview confirmation and they saw her. She got her exam and some shots. She said the report will be there Friday. Wow that was great! Woot!!!
