Hi, I see this post was posted in January. Have you received a response for the waiver?

I am still waiting for a response on my husbands waiver. We filed in June.

I am the US Citizen and I also have no kids. My husband is living in Tijuana, Mexico. He needs a waiver because he was working in the U.S. with out the proper visa. He only had a tourist visa.

If this helps, these are some of the things my lawyer asked from me:

-A letter from my doctor - I am a diabetic

-A letter from my dentist - related to the diabetes and have to visit every 3 months

-Mortgage statement - I own a house

-A doctor letter for my father - My parents live with me and my father has medical issues

-ALL my credit card / loan statements showing them all maxed out. (stack of them)

-My work paycheck stubs showing how much I make in ratio to my monthly expenses

-Wire transfer receipts - when I send my husband money

-Bank Statements

-Work letter from my manager stating my position and how it would effect the company if I had to be replaced

-Work letter from human resources stating my salary, position, work hours etc...

-Letters from US Citizen friends and immediate family including copies of their US pasports

-He sent me to see a pyscologist

-Copies of my medical insurance cards

-An annual prescription report from Walmart pharmacy

-A report from my health insurance showing how much has been paid out

-Transcripts from my all my education. Elementary - College

In my personal letter I basically wrote a little bit of everything above. I hope our waiver gets approved as well.
