Yes. They cashed in the Money Order I got from Chase Bank on the 17th of Dec when I recieved their text and e-mail with receipt No. but I'm more worried about the I-797 hardcopy cause then atleast I will know they have proper address and things in the system, and that paper will have my PD.

Your pd is unimportant in a cr1 or ir1 case. There is always a visa available for a spouse of a us citizen. You have reciept case number so you can call the uscis to get your address correct. Our noa1 hard copy took about a month after the email.

Month after e-Mail? Wow. I know another lady on this forum who's also not gotten anything. I thought backlog was only UPS and FedEx.

You're in the cr1 forum fyi. Spouses and fiance(e)s from the Philippines are the only ones being auto expedited because of the typhoon.

Again, if they cash the check and you have a reciept number that is all you need. K1 need NOA2 hardcopy but cr1/ir1 do not. Priority dates are not given to K1 and its unimportant for CR1/IR1. Processing dates for these petitions are based off of NOA1 date not PD. PD is ONLY needed for preference categories.

Try not being able to be there for your first child's birth. Chill. You are still within the processing time.
