Hello

I saw the message this morning that my case got transferred to a local office. Actually got like three messeges!!

When i called them, the voice prompt told me it is getting sent to Lee summit, Missouri.

Did anybody else's i 130 went there like me?

I am a july filter.

Does anyone have any idea about how long does it take after the i 130 gets transferred there?

My i 130 was already at NBC and it got transferred today. Does NBC have a field office where my petition got sent to?

You will get a letter in the mail (corresponding to the third text), which will tell you exactly which service center your petition went to.

It says "going to field office". Its NOT GOING TO A FIELD OFFICE.

Intentionally misleading !!

yes mine got transferred 8 days ago to Nebraska service center, I am June filer,,,,I do not know how NSC are doing speed wise!!!! does anyone knows about NSC and how are they doing???

I hear CSC is the best service center to get your i 130 sent to. I am hoping mine gets sent there.

Does your hard copy say anything about processing time.

I have seen some people say about maximum processing time of 60 days after it gets transferred.

Cant wait till this is over!!

I am an April filer and mine got transferred last month , I heard the same message as you but days later got a letter saying it was transferred to Nebraska.

have you heard any since?? just wondering!!! my case was transferred to Nebraska like yours!!!

08/28/2012: Married

03/13/2013: Priorty date Noa1

03/24/2013: i-797c NOA1 hard copy received

10/30/2013: notice date of transfer

11/02/2013: received hard copy of transfer
