My husband earns around $27,000, and we have a household size of 3. That's more than the 125% that USCIS requires. In his most recent tax year (2012), he made $21,000. In 2011, he made around $24,000 and in 2010, he made around $19,000. My questions are:

1. Will his income in the previous affect USCIS's decision?

2. Do we need to file his taxes for 2013 before submitting our application?

3. We plan on sending a letter from his employer and his recent pay stubs. Is that enough?

Also, some countries will be more specific about what they want to see accompany your I-134 affidavit of support. Might want to look up yours under Embassy Info tab.

This was posted in the AOS forum, so I assume this is for AOS, using the I-864 and not for a K-1 interview, using an I-134 in a US embassy abroad.
