So in short, My wife lives in Colorado, I in Scotland, we got married 4th of January 2013.

on the 27th of December and 30th of December we had approval of our i129f and i130 forms.

Upon reading both of these forms, she has realized that the address for me (in Scotland) is wrong, she tried calling the numbers on the forms she has and was told that I have to call and do it myself.

I have called both 1-800-375-5283 in the US and was told that I had to call the Embassy in London, So I have tried calling 020 7499 9000 and all I get is Automated services, has anyone else had this issue and know a way or a number in which I can call to speak to a human and get this issue resolved asap.

Many thanks in advance and if you require anymore information from me to help this process I'll gladly assist.

Niall.

Getting a human at London is very difficult. They'll redirect you to the online contact forms on the embassy website.

http://london.usembassy.gov/niv/visa_contact_form.html

You could also just submit the correct address when you do the DS-260.

The London embassy likely doesn't know about you yet, though. What does your CEAC status say?

Don't worry about it you can update the address when you fill out the DS-260 online when you get to NVC. Nothing gets mailed to you so its no big deal.

Your I-129F will get closed more than likely soon as it gets to NVC so you will be following the CR1 path.

You should be going over to the NVC filers thread and prepare your documents. Read Post #1 and #2. Congratulations.

London has no file on you to correct at this time and there is no phone number to reach the immigrant visa unit anyway. You will be getting a CR1 visa, not a K3, so all your forms and personal documentation will go to the NVC for processing. Fill out all the new paperwork with the correct address and it will be fine.

A little bit of an update, the NVC have received our Approved I-129f and it informed me to fill out the DS-160 to apply for a "K Visa".

Having applied for the DS-160.

What else do we have to do? Are we even following the right direction? Is anything being missed out that we still need?

Thanks for all and any responses!
