I am a F1 student and filed a month ago an AOS package with i485, i130, i765 and i131. Yesterday I got a yellow sheet titled "request for initial evidence"(i485). the request is asking for four(4) things. These request are:

1) For the household member's income to be included in the household income, the household member's income must have been from a lawful source and earned while the household member was authorized to work in the united states.

Please submit evidence that the household member on form i864, affidavit of support, or form i864A contract between sponsor and household member, was authorized to work in the United states. Examples include one of the following :

.A copy of form I-94, Arriva/Departure Record showing a non-immigrant classification that allows the intending immigrant/household member to work lawfully in the united states . Examples includes E-1, E-2, E-3, H-1B, H-1B1, H-1C, H-2A, H-2B, H-3, I, L-1. O-1B, O2, P-1B, P-2, P-3, Q-1, R-1, TN.

.A copy of a valid employment authorization document issued by US citizenship & immigration service (USCIS).

.A copy of form I-94, Arrival/departure record with "employment authorized" or similar annotated by port of entry personnel.

2) The household member on the petitioner/sponsor's form i864, Affidavit of support/form i864A, contract between sponsor and household member must submit all supporting tax documentation ( w-2s,1099s, and all supporting tax schedules) submitted to the internal revenue service(IRS) for the most recent tax year.

The household member needs to submit all supporting tax documents for the most recent tax years.

My question is why is the immigration service requesting me those things in 1) and 2)while I am a F1 student? Also how am I supposed to answer that?

3) The household member on the petitioner/sponsor's form i864, Affidavit of support, must submit the federal income tax return submitted to the internal Revenue Service(IRS) for the most recent tax year.

My question is why the immigration services requesting that document in 3) while I already filed it jointly with the AOS package? what should I do?

4) Based on the document submitted with form i864, Affidavit of support, for the petitioner/Sponsor and household member(s). the income did not meet 125%(100% if military) of the federal poverty line.

My question is can I refilled the i864 with the new sponsor or just refilled the i864 with a joint sponsor?

Thank you guys for helping me out I don't have enough time left to sent that request of evidence back to the immigration services.
