What does This mean? My fiance tried to schedule a appointment for our k1 and it's saying none are available?

The U.S. Embassy Manila is quite busy right now, and it's making K-1 appointments difficult to schedule. However, if you diligently keep checking the website, an available date may pop up. Grab it.

For now it means be patient until the embassy posts more openings... Yolanda has backed things up dramatically at the embassy.

It is the end of May, I have been trying to get an appointment for a week and nothing.

I get the dreaded "There are currently no appointments available"

What else can we do?

- keep checking. Be patient.

Log into your dashboard and keep watching the left side of the screen, hit F5 to refresh the screen every now and again.

There is nothing more you can do. July dates will be released soon but no one knows for sure.

Follow Hank's advice and keep checking for any date that opens and grab it.

Good luck.

I know how frustrating it is to wait for results instead of doing something to get results. This system, however, forces us to do the wait part and then strike while the iron is hot. So be patient, keep on checking, and when the dates open up, make your move before someone else does.

I totally agree with this...just be patient.. I am also one of those who waited for the July appointment and after following everybody's advice here, I was able to set an appointment for June 5...

Just keep refreshing your page and you'll be surprised whenever an available appointment will show on your screen..

Thanks for everything pipz...

Thanks folks! This is both helpful and reassuring. Not as satisfying as I would like (I am an American, patience is not really much of a national trait, lol!) and yes, I much prefer taking action, but at least I know that I am at the right place and not off in some far afield down a completely wrong path.

Again, thanks. :)

(And especially for the idea of refreshing rather than logging off and back on each time!)
