Hi nilo jayr, parang hindi 221g yung tawag sa case ko? Parang they didn't tell me that and they didn't give me ang paper with 221 g in it. Reverification request lang binigay sa akin for NSO.

221g or not, yours is another success story still! Congratulations pa rin! Your visa should be on its way anytime soon! Yeheeeey!!!

Received visa Jan 15!

flight is on jan 25! 1 more weeeeeek!!!!!! dancin5hr.gifdancin5hr.gifdancin5hr.gif

Yehey!!! Congratulations!!! Zoom! So, where to? You might want to share your plans at the POE...

I was also looking at how much time I should allot the lay-over time at the POE since we do not have direct flights to Virginia considering immigration and inspection of baggage, going past security, the waiting in line....haaay...

Any advice people? I was deciding between 5 hours and the 9 hours layover in Detroit. So it's going to be Manila-Japan-Detroit-Norfolk. How many hours in Detroit is reasonable to make sure I don't miss my next flight...?

Unique Identification Number--i am not sure if thats the number you get with your NOA1 or NOA2...right before you got your case number? Or that is the tracking proforma number given to you by the courier to trace your passport? Hehehe we had better check. Lol

But i think to track your visa through 2Go, it works well just supplying your case number or passport number on their tracking facility on their website.

hi! the UID number is found at the top of the bar code in your interview confirmation letter. in my case, both the mnl case number and passport number did not work. good luck!

From K-1 visa -

03-18-2014: Filed for AOS and EAD

03-24-2014: NOA1

04-11-2014: RFE requested

04-13-2014: RFE reply sent

04-18-2014: Schedule biometrics appointment

05-19-2014: AOS moved to Testing and Interview

Noted! Thanks--checking my UiD now. Lol

And good news, I was on a call with the Immigrant Unit at the Embassy just a few min ago due to the status change on the CEAC website this morning from "Admin Processing" to "Ready." It got me worried---only to find out the Consul approved my visa! To be released by tuesday or wednesday next week and sent to me via 2Go! Yehey! I am sooooo happy I can kiss you all!!!! Hahahaha! Not so bad bad with my 221g--took only a few days. Whew! I can breathe now!

Annie had her CFO class on the 15th and her embassy interview the next day. Both went smoothly and she was approved. Now waiting for the visa to be shipped. The information on tracking status is VERY useful.

Thanks!

Jane 21 thanks for the reply and congrats on your flight :) :) :)

Red pepper! U were right! I just saw an email and it says 221g. I'm hoping I get it as fast as jane21 did :)

I got my approval 3 days after they received my response to that 221g. Looks like they are pretty quick with easy cases of 221g. Yours is easy--I guess. You should have updates by next week. I kept calling US Embassy and checking on the CEAC website of the Dept of State. Most likely 2-3 days for the review, 7 days more for printing and delivery of visa. :-) Good luck!
