I can't find it, but someone had once posted a couple of great NVC - Interview guides for UK specific. Our I-130 was just approved so I am trying to get ready for the next steps.

Thank you!

I don't think there has ever been a guide in this UK forum for CR1s that process at NVC. Your process is like every other country and the guides for that are in the NVC forum. London medical topics are scattered about and there are interview reviews by CR1s in the "Reviews: Embassy" section found in the blue menu bar of each page. You finish at NVC, they (NVC) give you your interview date, then you schedule and attend the medical in London before showing up to interview. There is very little (none really) interaction between you and the embassy.

One tip I can think of is save a photocopy of your police certificate when you mail your documents to NVC. The medical people want to see it, but a photocopy will do. Here's a page on the embassy website for you with links in the left column to Info on the medical exam and interview. http://london.usembassy.gov/imnvcoct.html
