Hello VJ!

I have my interview in 4 days, my fiance is coming tomorrow. We are totally anxious about it and we want to make a checklist here to see if something is missing, maybe with the stress we don't know what is it so we will need you all to give us some help.

So here we go:

1- I-129F form copy

- NOA 1 (the copy because our lawyer never sent the original)

-NOA 2, the copy and the oroginal

- Petitioner G-325A and G-28 sign

- Beneficiary G-325A and G-28 sign

- NVC letter

2- Following the letter of instructios from the embassy

- Passport of Petitioner and Fiance

- Appointment letter

- DHL Registration page

- Beneficiary birth certificate (certified by RENIEC)

- Certificado Judicial de Antecedentes Penales

- Certificado de Antecedentes Judiciales a Nivel Nacional

- Certificado Policial

- Police Records from Ecuador (They ask only if the beneficiary was there for a year or more. But i was only for almost 6 months several times so just in case)

-Passport pics (2)

- Affidavit of Support I-134 Form

- Some Pay Stubs

- Taxes 2010, 2011, 2012

-Medical Exam

-Evidence:

·Pictures (Chose some pics from every trip)

·Ring receipt

·Hotel receipts

·Boarding passes with tickets

.Declarations to intend (joint and separate)

.RFE copy

· Receipts from Lima

. Lawyers agreement

· Things we sent through mail

·Some Skype screenshots

·Some Facetime screenshots

. Some Facebook Screenshots (between me and her mom, him and my mom, both of us)

·Some emails (between both, me and her mom)

·Some Whatsapp conversations

· Wedding planner emails

·phone records

·Screenshot of my american number using the program MagiJack

·Copy passport and stamps

3- EXTRA
- Confirmation copy of the DS-160 online form

- Petitioner birth certificate

-Petitioner's daughter Birth Certificate

- Copy Social Security Beneficiary

- Marriage Certificate and Divorce certificate (ex partner from Petitioner)

- Job License

- Beneficiary ID

- Beneficiary's father passport copy (he is an american citizen)

- Letter of appointment of a past tourist visa beneficiary was denied on 2006

- A diary we both have since we met

I know we have a lot ... but it is small amounts of everything. It also doesn't mean that because we have all of this bunch of stuff they are going to ask for it. Probably they will not ask or Probably they will ask for some and we don't want to risk to make this longer.
I also know it will be overwhelming for the CO seeing all of this stuff BUT .... it doesn't mean that we will just throw it all to them. it's all JUST IN CASE.
I want to know if we are missing something?

THANK YOU!!!star_smile.gifstar_smile.gifstar_smile.gif
