I think that's an idea you need to think through very carefully. If by born gay, you mean genetics I don't think there is an identifiable biological chase of homosexuality. That doesn't mean its a conscious choice and it doesn't mean that people who sexually assault same sex people in high pressure environments are themselves gay. This is something you need to prove and to date, you haven't.

From what I once heard on the morning radio program, they refer to this phenomenon as "gay for the stay".

I imagine abstinence and a high pressure environment are the reason that happens. That and obviously prison is its own micro culture
