You're saying he feels left out? rofl.gif

Speaking in general terms, and not about any individual specifically, that is a real possibility. Humans have a primeval fear of things they do not know - hence the term 'phobia', and in some cases, acting on a particular phobia is the result of some deep set curiosity or desire. There is nothing wrong with it. It is just human nature..

(CBS News) Do homophobic people actually fear their own unconscious feelings? A new study suggests that people who repress their own sexual attraction to the same sex are more likely to express hostility towards gays.

"In many cases these are people who are at war with themselves and they are turning this internal conflict outward," study co-author Dr. Richard Ryan, professor of psychology at the University of Rochester, said in a university written statement.

In four separate experiments conducted in the U.S. and in Germany, each involving an average of 160 college students, researchers attempted to measure any differences between what people say about their sexual orientation and how they actually react. Their findings are published in the April issue of the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology.

You can expect a lot of backlash from the motley crew because of this post. You have disproved the existence of the war on women in the military as well as you have crushed the ill-gotten notion that gays in the military would increase the number of sexual assault - two myths that keep homophobes and misogynists up night after night...

Here is a snippet from the copy you provided in your original post:

'The fact that most military rape is male-on-male also shows how very wrong it is to suggest that the problem is that we let women serve to begin with. Even if you removed them all, that leaves nearly 14,000 rapes a year.

And lest you think this male-on-male crime is the result of the repeal of “don’t ask, don’t tell,” Dao shows otherwise. As one male victim told Dao, “The people who perpetrated these crimes on me identify as heterosexual males,” which is frequently true of male-on-male rape.'

Creating an atmosphere of such behavior has been an on going effort for decades now, introducing homosexuality into the unique conditions of military life is kinda like the "Cherry on top."

They have brought us to this point, lets watch and see where they take it from here.

Need my predictions? secret7vf.gif

Spare us your predictions. They're typically way off. Just as they were in this case. Your proclaiming to have been right doesn't exactly make it so. The article you posted here actually contradicts the very point you still seem to think you were right about. It must be tough to be so incapable of actually understanding a news report.

First of all, (and I know this is tuff) you must weed out the "opinions" of the ...opinion piece.

On the bright side, we have made progress: Typically you blame the source when I post something, I guess using a Liberal take on the News of the day has you at least reading it.

(I see progress)

I disagree with you. I don't think that allowing women and gays in the military created an atmosphere that compelled straight men to sexually assault other straight men, as you suggest. The copy you posted contradicts that, in fact.
