4 years ago I predicted Obama would be a two term president, my reasoning was that the economy would naturally rebound and he would take credit.

While I was right on the main point I had not factored in that Obama would do things to prolong the bad economy.....

never the less he beat the odds again and was re-elected.

What odds were against him? He killed his opponent(not like there was much competition) and he's a pretty likable guy. Not everyone hates him as much as you do,

2008- a man barely 2 years out of the state legislature with no leadership experience in Goverment, not a day of business expereince and whose resume consisted of one great speach and two books about himself walks in the white house....

"That" is beating the odds.

2012, A president whose only claim to success after 4 years of a dismal recovery was a huge new entitlement program and his ability to "evolve" at will.

Though he predicted himself, that he could not be re-elected, if his first four years did not improve the economy.....he pulled it off anyway.

No president with the same economic numbers has be re-elected but Obama, again beat the odds.

Love him or hate him, you have to hand it to him.

despite the fact I have very substantial assets and have not worked (except a bit at Christmas)

Danno was right about:

A) Obama letting Gays into the military leading to a huge jump in Gay sexual assaults.

B) Obama instituting Don't Ask, Don't Tell which led to point A.

C) There were never any Gays in the military before Obama and the Leftists instituted the forced acceptance of Gays in a despicable plot of social engineering.
