Truth. Gays have ALWAYS served. They just couldn't do it openly. I believe Clinton started DADT around 1993, and it ended around December 2010. There were always men and women you knew were gay in the military.

However, a sexual assault report is always made by the victim. The accused does not get to choose sexual orientation.
