Hi I am ready to file N-400.

I wonder if I need to provide both Federal tax return and State tax.

Thanks!

Tossed in our joint state tax returns just in case for my wife's interview evidence, her IO did not want to look at them, but then ask to see a perfectly worthless joint utility bill. Never expected that, nor proof you paid a small 50 buck traffic violation like four years ago.

Never liked the process where you are dealing with one IO where they make their own game rules as you go along, can be settled, but does cause delays.

According to their list of evidence, neither a joint state return, or a joint utility bill, or proof of paying an old traffic violation is not required. Can only wonder what they will come up with next. All depends on what IO you get stuck with.

Joint utility bills?! I need to dig some out.

My hubby and I didn't file the taxes jointly.

Hopefully it is OK
