Mine too. I waited for around an hour there. And another 30 minutes something for the oah letter : )

Tiferny, yes that is exactly what they told me about getting the oath taking letter the same day, my appointment was around 930 am.

Congrats to all! Mine is taking a while. Was in line for scheduling as of Jan 31 at Santa Ana, CA office. I called in since it went past the 90 day window. I was told to call back at the middle of the month. At best all I expect is for them to tell me why it's delayed and not a resolution to the delay :)

Santa Ana office is super slow- I have been in line since April 16, with. Jan 8 priority date. The latest processed date posted is Sept 22.

Looks like they spent the last whole month processing i485s as the last processed date for it moved from early 2013 to late 2013.

Yes, I am being processed through Santa Ana too and have been in line for an interview since February 21st. When I called immigration they told me that the applications are processed "in batches" and that entire batches of applications move through the process together from fingerprints to interview to the oath ceremony and the size of the batches is determined by the size of the room where the oath ceremony will take place. Who knows if that is true or not. I see that on average Santa Ana is taking six and a half months to "process" an application while it is five months nationwide. It does give me some solace to see that there are other January filers via the Santa Ana office who are also waiting for their interview letter. But it is sort of frustrating to be waiting so long. We pay a lot of money for them to process our application so why wouldn't they be processing them expeditiously? Ahhh well - nothing we can do but put it out of our minds as much as possible and try not to worry or think about it. We will all get there eventually - and hopefully within the 6.3 months they say they will do them in. Fingers crossed.

@tatabunny, can you please add me in your list.

Application Date January 2nd, and received a NOA on Jan 8th. Nothing after that.

Update: I had my wife call the service center they advise to visit one of the field office after waiting for 30 days.

So today 5/15 - she went to Holtsville, NY Field office and they advised her that her application never reached NY. The best she can do is put her in for Biometrics.

They advised her to come back tomorrow for her Biometrics. Can someone tell me what can be done at this point. Looks like she is just getting my wife's bio as a courtesy and it will not move her case anywhere after that? Should be harass Service Center a 15 days after Bio? Or do you receive any NOA after bio? let me know. Thanks

I thought to share my interview experience today. I arrived 15 mins before my interview. My husband was with me, we were told to go to a waiting room and there will be officer to call me for an interview. While waiting , I was about to read the book to review for the civic test, but my husband whispered to me that it is not good idea to show I am still studying on the day of my interview. He added, he think I must show to them that I am well prepared. Then, he meant "them" , he is pertaining to the cctv cameras all over the room!. So I just wait then, we are a bit bored, we can not do nothing because it is not allowed to use cellphone. We waited for 30 mins or 45?,( not paying attention with the time), then my name called. My husband is not allowed to go with me during the interview, which we are aware of.The IO greeted me , it takes me a while to answer back , probably I am starting to get nervous. At her room, she asked me to raise my right hand and swear in. Then, she asked my passport, drivers license and greencard. We proceed to the 10 questions, she stopped at 6th because she said I got all correct answers. After that, we handed me a paper and said to read one sentence written on it. It was a question "When is the President's day" ,after I read she said the answer and told me to write. Then, She said I passed. Then she asked me the questions from the applications. I basically answered what is being asked , such as yes and no. However, the IO had some side comments that helped me to feel a little bit calm. I signed the applications after the question and answer portions. Then she asked me to sign at the right side of my photos that I submitted with my application. She handed me a print out paper and congratulate me, that she is recommending me for approval. She asked me to wait at the waiting room to receive a letter of my schedule for OATH ceremony.Overall it took 2 hours experience. I am scheduled to gain 50 stars and 13 stripes - the Star-spangled banner in May 30 and I will have to give up 3 stars and one sun, the pearl of the orient seas.

got our interview letter today. scheduled on June 16th. thank God it's in the afternoon. it's so hard when you have 2 babies . by the way can i bring them with us? we have the same time of interview. i dont know what will happen. if they will call me or my husband first.

YAY! so happy that you shared your experience to all of us....Atlanta office is really behind and hopefully my interview will be in June or July, I am still waiting for my interview letter, I spoke with USCIS IO officer today on the phone...Hopefully, it will be sooner than those months though....So this journey will finally be over.
