i have some doubts about I134 THE PART SAY:
affidavit of suppport name of spouse and childrem accompanying or following to join person
in this part i should write the name of the baby that i have with my fiance even he is not in the petition ( my baby is usc)?

Where is your baby/ where were he/she born? I ask because I assume the I-134 is asking for about child(ren) who are in DR with your fiance and are coming with them to the US once the visa is approved. I could be wrong but thats what it sounds like to me

my baby is in my country with me (im the beneficiary) and he was born here too my baby isnt in the petition he is usc that's why my fiance doesnt know if he should wirtite baby's name in I 134

Since the baby is a USC, and also assuming your fiance is the father, the baby will need to be included in your fiance's household size...not in the part where its asking for names of children to follow. He will put the baby's name in part 8 of the I-134 form where it asks THE FOLLOWING ARE DEPENDENT UPON ME FOR SUPPORT. All dependent children need to be included in household size no matter where they live, whether or not they are claimed on taxes, or whether or not the sponsor has custody.

my baby is american citizen because his father is american and he applied for american passport, he inherited the citezenship from his father

Since the baby is a USC, and also assuming your fiance is the father, the baby will need to be included in your fiance's household size...not in the part where its asking for names of children to follow. He will put the baby's name in part 8 of the I-134 form where it asks THE FOLLOWING ARE DEPENDENT UPON ME FOR SUPPORT.
