I just finished my DS-160 form and got my confirmation letter sent in my email, i am going to look for appointment date in cgifederal.secure.force.com but it won't let me finish it or it won't let me proceed to other page coz the information i entered is the same information that i entered when i made an appointment for B1 Visa 5 months ago but in different/new email address.. I tried to open that old email address that i used for making an appointment in my B1 Visa before but i forgot the password, it ask me for username and i couldn't even remember it. Even if i will create another account it will still be the same coz they recognized my information.. Please help. Thanks!

When you forgot your email password there is many ways to retrieve it. There are many options whether they will ask you security questions to get your information. I submit my cellphone number and my alternative email also security questions in case I forgot my username or password. Have you tried these ones?

On the other thing, I used a different email address when applied B-2 visa in 2010 and I have no problem use the other one for my K-1 visa application.
