Did you get an invoice from USCIS to process the AOS?

The AOS they are speaking of is Adjustment of Status from a K-1. They will not receive an invoice for anything when filing for AOS.

i dont understand what u mean what invoice and where do we get that from???

You will not get any invoice. The person above mistakenly thought you were speaking of AOS as in Affidavit of Support, which for a spousal visa goes through the NVC and they get an invoice and need to pay a fee for their I-864. You do not. You just send your I-864 and supporting documents along with your I-485 paperwork.

The fee and who to make out the check or money order to is on the USCIS page I linked above.
