Once my fiance has the K1 Visa in her passport there's nothing else she has to do to enter the country right? We can just buy the plane ticket and she's here to get married? She will get the I-94 upon entering?

Yes your fiancee'll need to enter before visa expiration date. No I-94 will be given to her, it's all automated now. You'll be able to get it from https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/ as soon as she enters us. Then you'll have 90 days to get married.
